NJCDA & NJECA has long provided needed services to counselors, guidance personnel and allied professionals working in employment centers, schools, colleges, military service, correctional institutions, business, community agencies and many other public and private institutions. Our members help people of all ages find their place in a changing world of work. We help in the exploration of education and significant leisure time activities. We help individuals to understand themselves better and to cope more effectively with technological and social change. Our association is committed to providing services that allow us all to develop our full potential as human beings.
